In this Growth Lead role you shape the Softonic Publisher Center, scaling it from an early initiative into a growth engine. You will own end-to-end platform growth, drive developer acquisition and monetization, and translate business aims into product and GTM initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Marketing and Monetization to boost adoption, engagement, retention, and partner value. This is a hands-on, strategic role with real impact on a global developer ecosystem.

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Developer Platform's growth and success
• Define and execute initiatives for acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
• Identify growth opportunities via research, data, feedback, and experimentation
• Improve the developer journey from discovery to long-term engagement




• Define product priorities and roadmaps in collaboration with leadership and engineering
• Translate objectives into product initiatives and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Validate assumptions through rapid experimentation and iterative learning
• Lead Go-To-Market initiatives, launch plans, onboarding programs, and adoption campaigns
• Partner with marketing and product teams to increase platform visibility
• Ensure developers understand value proposition and opportunities
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve developer engagement and platform adoption
• Understand developer needs, conduct interviews, and feed insights back into product positioning
• Act as the voice of developers within the organization
• Define and monitor platform metrics to guide investments and validate outcomes
• Develop reporting and insights to support cross-team decision-maki
