The role also ensures that packaging and product information meet legal, customer, and operational standards while supporting food safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and maintain the company's primary and secondary packaging to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and functional requirements.
- Create, maintain, and update product specifications, technical data sheets, and customer technical specifications, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and current regulations.
- Maintain packaging technical documentation and legal packaging information, including labels, markings, and other packaging elements,



ensuring alignment with production, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and verify that food-contact packaging materials comply with all applicable food safety legislation.
- Provide technical and regulatory support regarding ingredient declarations, raw material legal requirements, packaging compliance, and related regulatory matters.
- Review and assess the technical documentation of raw materials to ensure legal compliance.
- Investigate and manage packaging and labeling incidents, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Update and maintain product information within the AECOC database.
- Act as a key contributor to Food Safety and Environmental Management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
