Role OverviewInfor is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations & Strategy to play a critical role at the center of the company’s go‑to‑market (GTM) engine. This role is responsible for driving visibility into pipeline generation, funnel performance, and sales execution, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall GTM efficiency.

Typical Day
- Analyze and monitor end‑to‑end funnel performance across pipeline creation, stage progression, and close, tracking pipeline coverage, conversion rates, velocity, stage leakage, and leading indicators of performance gaps.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses into underperformance across segments, geographies, and teams, diagnosing root causes using the Results, Effort, Knowledge, and Skills (REKS) framework.
- Develop and maintain standardized KPIs and reporting frameworks to support weekly, monthly,



and quarterly business reviews.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, executive‑ready insights and recommendations that drive action and measurable performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Data Strategy and Revenue Operations teams to aggregate and harmonize data across CRM, marketing automation, and other GTM systems, and build scenario and forecast models assessing pipeline gaps, attainment risk, conversion improvement opportunities, and capacity assumptions.
- Partner with reporting teams to create scalable, decision‑grade models and intuitive dashboards that elevate data storytelling, incorporate seller feedback, and continuously align insights with evolving GTM priorities.
