Drive structured project management discipline (timelines, milestones, risk tracking and mitigation) Ensure clear visibility of innovation pipeline at regional level Lifecycle & End-of-Life Management Define and coordinate end-of-life strategies in collaboration with Supply and Markets Coordinate depletion planning accordingly with Business priorities, to optimize inventory and avoid write-offs or obsolescence Monitor lifecycle performance and proactively identify risks or opportunities for simplification Portfolio Management, Performance & Reporting Maintain a clear and accurate regional portfolio overview,
