What you’ll be doing:

Join Zurich Cover-More's integral transformation team and help shape how AI and automation are leveraged across our business. As Transformation Manager – AI & Automation Specialist, you’ll work with business and technology leaders to identify high‑impact use cases, design practical solutions, build business cases, and lead implementation from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong AI and automation knowledge with structured problem‑solving, stakeholder influence, and hands‑on delivery experience. You will:
