Manages the assigned client portfolio and is responsible for performing general payroll tasks for a set of clients. The role is based in Barcelona and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporates Department and its growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.
- Manages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks.
- Prepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax (Forms 111/216/190/296/345). Responsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT /RLC/CRA).
- Manages,



prepares and controls Companies’ payroll registration process.
- Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have cross impact.
- Follows the company quality standards and processes.
