An opportunity for Product Delivery Manager has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).
Responsibilities
-
- As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.
- Deliver products on time, on quality on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country work legal environment.
Qualifications

- Educated to degree level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Team spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- High level of motivation to lead complex projects.
- English: Negotiation level.
- Spanish: Fluent.
