Process Optimization and Standards Implementation

- Design and deploy scalable frameworks and standardized operating procedures applicable across all EU operating countries, ensuring seamless program expansion aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Drive process improvement across several operational domains including performance management, vehicle damage and repair management, preventive maintenance, and shift and demand planning.
