More About The Role
- Lead the global Operations gross margin framework, ensuring consistency,



transparency and governance across all manufacturing sites and regions
- Drive visibility of operational performance by analysing key cost drivers including productivity, labour, material, overheads and fixed cost absorption
- Partner with Finance, Operations and IT teams to improve data quality, align financial systems and strengthen margin reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, challenge performance gaps and support cost optimisation initiatives with measurable financial impact
- Develop and maintain general standards for margin reporting, variance analysis and performance governance
- Translate complex operational and financial data into clear business insights that support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term operational planning
