About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager (reporting into the Head of Product) your job is to help us make equity work for our customers.
Your primary focus will be to scale the most foundational parts of our platform as we expand across new markets globally and move upmarket to serve the largest public businesses: equity types, transactions, calculations and trading integrations for public companies. You will balance simplicity and flexibility while ensuring data accuracy and driving adoption of these core components through our customers and other teams.
At Ledgy you will
Define the vision and strategy for the heart of our product (transactions & effects, equity types, trading), in collaboration with product and engineering leadership
Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring our equity and cap table management to the next level so that finance and legal teams can trust their equity data is accurate and compliant
Run discovery to develop deep expertise in equity structures across Ledgy's core markets
Collaborate with product leadership on strategy, balancing enterprise deli
