We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The adecuado candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting activities, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily accounting operations, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring timely and accurate results.
Maintain rigorous compliancewith all applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Control and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Partner cross-functionally with other departments to align financial operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in accounting software SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with HFM and Kyriba.

Preferred Qualifications

Demostrated ability to work to tight deadlines.
Previous experience in business groups with international presence and parent/subsidiary structures.
