Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage logistics software tools and ensure they are up to date and effective.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on freight forwarding tools.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors for tool enhancement and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain the freight management tool to meet the operational needs of the tender team.
- Collect and analyze tender data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using the Tender app, Excel, and Power BI to provide visibility into key logistics metrics.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis to support strategic decision‑making and operational improvements.
- Optimize freight forwarding processes to improve efficiency.




- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data entered into the system.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance and ad‑hoc reports to stakeholders.
- Document standard operating procedures for logistics processes and tool usage.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to freight management.

Qualifications
- Successfully finished a higher educational level, ideally a degree in business administration, economics, or logistics.
- Speak and write English fluently; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in the industry.
- Proven experience in administrating logistics tools and systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including creating and managing dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skil
