What you will do:

- Define, develop, and execute the overall value proposition strategy for new and existing products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and guaranteeing the long‑term viability of the commercial activity.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, define target segments, and refine value propositions.
- Lead the end‑to‑end product development process, coordinating cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales,
Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and effective market entry.
- Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging tailored to different customer segments and routes to market.
- Support and enable sales teams, providing commercial tools, sales narratives, playbooks, training, and launch materials to drive adoption and performance.
- Contribute to pricing and commercial models, including business cases and profitability analysis.
