This is a long-term freelance opportunity suited to a technically strong, delivery-focused professional who can manage construction protocols in a fast-paced environment. The role requires full on-site presence and a start in July.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & safety leadership — Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures across all project phases, ensuring a strong safety culture on-site.Site safety supervision — Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with Spanish HSE regulations and project-specific safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.Incident prevention & investigation — Identify hazards, lead risk assessments, and investigate incidents or near misses,
