Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Enterprise team, specializing in delivering integrations as a service across the organization. This role will be responsible for leading agile ceremonies, ensuring the team meets sprint commitments, and managing project metrics and status reporting. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in project management within an agile environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Agile/Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint grooming/backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.
- Drive the team to achieve sprint commitments, roadmap releases and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within the team.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable.
Project Management & Reporting
- Track and report on project metrics, including velocity, burndown, and team capacity.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including action items, risk logs, and decision registers.
- Support resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team performance.
