As part of our Project Execution International Team, you will manage and maintain our Common Data Environment (CDE) and other document management tools. Your goal is to transition our processes to a business-wide methodology based on international industry standards,



ensuring efficient production, sharing, and storage of deliverables.
You’ll make a difference by

Managing the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for our international portfolio according to industry standards.
Authoring processes, designing training, and providing expert advisory for new technology solutions.
Defining and updating project‑specific document management plans and ensuring compliance.
Planning, controlling, and reporting on project documents, including metadata and placeholders.
Collaborating with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document distribution and approvals.

Your success is grounded in

A Business Administration degree or relevant experience in a related field.
7+ years of experience in large‑scale industrial projects, preferably railway infrastructure.
5+ years of experience as a Document Manager, ideally in a lead role.
