We seek a Senior HR Business Partner to provide HR consultancy, advise managers, and facilitate HR solutions aligned with AZ Services Spain’s growth and strategy.
What you will do:
- Serve as a strategic partner for managers and executives, promoting awareness of HR interdependencies.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Guide managers and employees on work-related matters and collaborate with legal counsel when necessary.




- Work with integral HR Centers of Expertise to enhance performance and talent initiatives.
- Lead recruitment efforts and coordinate with mobility teams.
- Support HR processes like rewards, performance reviews, and talent development.
- Integrate HR considerations into change management and projects.
- Implement regional and global HR initiatives and maintain HR documentation.
- Stay updated on HR trends and develop policies suited to the Spanish market.

What you bring:
- Ideally 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ as an HR business partner, preferably in a integral setting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship skills.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with experience in recruiting, learning, or talent management.
- Comfort with data analysis, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
