Main Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of Sotogrande and its prime residential zones to identify, value, and list premium properties.
- Gather and verify all necessary documentation, ensuring mediation agreements and commission policies are correctly applied.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and proactive communication.
- Manage the entire client journey — from the first contact to successful completion and beyond.
- Keep our CRM and personal database consistently updated and aligned with sales and commercial goals.
