Senior Software Engineer – Financial Platform
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Financial Platform team, you’ll help build the systems that ensure Perk’s financial data is accurate, traceable, and audit‑ready. You’ll work on expanding the platform to support increasingly complex financial flows, focusing on reliable reconciliation and reporting systems that operate automatically and at scale.
You’ll also translate and untangle complex business logic across our ERP integrations, ensuring every transaction moving through Perk is correctly represented across systems. Through thoughtful engineering practices, strong ownership, and a focus on auditability, you’ll contribute to a codebase that gives Finance and the broader business confidence in the numbers behind the platform.
Responsibilities

Design and implement durable solutions that improve the integrity and transparency of Perk’s financial infrastructure.
Build and maintain reliable reconciliation and reporting systems that operate automatically and at scale.




Translate complex business logic across ERP integrations to ensure accurate transaction representation.
Own the entire lifecycle of a feature: from understanding customer pain points with product teams, writing design documents, coding, deployment, to measuring impact.
Provide technical leadership—architect scalable, evolvable systems and data models; uphold engineering excellence, including CI/CD, testing, and coding standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of senior software engineering experience.
Product leadership: translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps.
System architecture: design scalable, evolvable systems and data models.
Technical standards: define and uphold engineering excellence, CI/CD optimizations, testing strategies.
Frontend strategy: establish frontend architecture patterns, state management, performance budgets, comprehensive testing.
Backend excellence: build sophisticated backend solutions involving API versioning, caching
