We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.About The RoleAs a Principal Contracts Consultant you will As a Principal Contracts Consultant, Procurement you will be the subject matter expert in our contracting practices and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions (Ts&Cs;). You will lead the development and application of contract templates applied to supplier/subcontractor agreements for Westinghouse procurements for products, goods and services. You will support negotiation and daily contract advisement and lead compliance with our internal governance and contract approval processes. You will protect Westinghouse's commercial interests and support internal/external customers and projects.
This is a full-time job.You will report to the Manager, Procurement Contracts in the Legal & Compliance and be located at our HQ in Madrid. This is a hybrid position.Main ResponsibilitiesKnow, understand, and practice the standards and related policies contained in Westinghouse "Codes of Business & Conduct."Advise on supplier and subcontractor terms and conditions (T&Cs;) for Westinghouse supply chain operations. These operations include multiple contract types, such as Engineered Goods, General Services, Engineering Services, Logistics...Lead negotiations (in person and virtual) with suppliers/subcontractors on T&C; issues, with a focus on complex or high-risk scopes of work.Support preparation and negotiation of complementary agreements including NDAs, licensing agreements, teaming agreements, master services or frame agreements.Provide input and guidance to Westinghouse supply chain personnel on applicable company governance procedura
