ALS is looking to hire a Global Marketing Lead to lead the design and execution of the company's marketing strategy on a global scale. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining the marketing plan, coordinating campaigns, identifying market opportunities and trends by region/country, and working in an integrated manner with the commercial team to align marketing objectives with sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead the company's general marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives.
Analyze market opportunities and trends by region and country, adapting the strategy to local specificities.
Develop the annual marketing plan, including objectives, budget, timeline, and KPIs.
Plan, execute, and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, content, brand, product, etc.).
Monitor the competitive landscape at an international level.
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment between demand generation and commercial objectives.
Define and monitor marketing performance metrics (ROI, lead generation, conversion, brand awareness, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, product) and external vendors/agencies.
Present results, learnings, and recommendations to company leadership.
Requirements & Experience
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 4–6 years of prior experience in marketing roles, with involvement in strategy design.
Experience working with international markets / global teams (desirable).
Experience leading or coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of market analysis and marketing performance tools (CRM, analytics, automation).
Advanced English required; a third language is a plus.
Experience collaborating with commercial/sales areas.
Strategic vision and analytical ability to identify business opportunities.
