Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CRM Initiative Manager to join our CRM Portfolio & Commercial Excellence organization. This role is responsible for leading the execution of strategic CRM initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, service excellence, customer experience, process standardization, and digital transformation across the organization. Acting as the critical bridge between Business, CRM Portfolio, CRM IT, Analytics, and AI Enablement teams, the CRM Initiative Manager ensures initiatives are translated into executable plans, aligned across stakeholders, and successfully delivered from concept through deployment and adoption. This is not a traditional project management role. The successful candidate will combine delivery leadership, CRM business process knowledge, agile execution,



stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and technology enablement to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of strategic CRM initiatives across Sales, Service, Customer Experience, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Transformation domains.
Own initiative delivery from intake and planning through deployment, stabilization, and value realization.
Define initiative scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, and execution plans.
Ensure initiatives remain aligned with portfolio priorities, business objectives, and roadmap commitments.
Drive accountability across business and IT stakeholders to achieve committed outcomes.
Act as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, CRM Portfolio teams, CRM IT delivery teams, vendors, and supporting functions.
