This role leads the preparation and analysis of financial results, supports business decision-making through insightful financial analysis, and ensures compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Reporting

- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records, reporting, and disclosures.
- Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reporting packages.
- Maintain and strengthen financial control frameworks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze financial statements, profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow, working capital, and other key financial metrics.
- Lead financial consolidation activities and ensure consistency and quality of reported information.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling activities to enable informed business decisions.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation actions to safeguard business performance.
