Your Impact
This role will be responsible for driving growth in renewals sales and crafting a successful customer renewal experience. It will be achieved by sharing customer value propositions for Collaboration offers, addressing objections, adoption barriers, competitive risks, and highlighting compelling migration and expansion options. The role requires close collaboration directly with customers, partners and internal team members across sales, engineering, and marketing.
