What are we looking for?
As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in planning, analyzing, and coordinating projects within our development and commercial portfolio, collaborating in a global, cross‑functional environment. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in developing and maintaining portfolio plans, including timelines, milestones, and prioritization frameworks
- Preparing strategic materials for governance meetings and portfolio reviews
- Ensuring accurate documentation and communication of portfolio decisions and updates
- Performing portfolio analyses: risk assessments, scenario comparisons, timeline evaluations, and KPIs
- Creating dashboards and regular monitoring reports with digital tools
- Coordinating with R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other internal partners to collect information and align strategies
- Supporting multifunctional teams in identifying potential challenges and resource constraints
- Communicating portfolio insights to stakeholders at various levels
- Tracking and highlighting emerging risks, issues, or opportunities within the portfolio
- Assisting with the evaluation of new projects, initiatives, or external collaborations
- Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, digital tools, and systems
- Analyze and present data for strategic decision‑making
