We are currently looking for an experienced and creative Product Manager - SaaS.

Your Mission
Lead the definition, prioritization, and delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring the best possible user experience and alignment with the company’s integral strategy,



acting as the key liaison between local needs and the product teams in France.

What You’ll Do

- User Needs Analysis: You will gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify priorities, clarify uncertainties, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Product Roadmap and Backlog Management: You will work closely with the Product Director and payroll consultants to prioritize features and manage the backlog in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
- Offering Review and Solution Packaging: You will contribute to revisiting our current product offering and help structure and package solutions in a way that maximizes value for different customer segments.
- Product Development Monitoring: You will coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliver a smooth, intuitive user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will keep internal teams (marketing, support)
