As Head of Core Business Solutions, you will lead one of our three applicative pillars, responsible for core enterprise applications (HR, Finance, Legal, corporate tools), with a strong focus on transforming our HR ecosystem. You will play a critical role in modernizing how we attract, manage, and develop talent, while ensuring alignment with Group‑managed ERP platforms. Operating at the heart of the business, you will work closely with HR leadership, Group IT, and regional IT managers to transform aging HR and ATS solutions into a modern, scalable, and data‑driven digital ecosystem,

Job Purpose
As Head of CBS, you will define, lead, and execute the strategy for core enterprise applications across the region, while ensuring alignment with Group ERP governance. You will act as a transformation leader, driving the modernization of our HR digital landscape (ATS, HRIS, talent tools), and building a coherent, integrated, and future‑proof ecosystem supporting the full employee lifecycle.
