This role combines technical leadership with hands‑on development to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions while mentoring team members and supporting our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities





Design and architect solutions that extend Copado's platform capabilities through Functions, Job Templates, and Custom Extensions (bash, python scripts, apex code)
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs and translate them into scalable solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation for Copado Labs solutions
Develop proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes for new platform features
Design solutions that integrate with Copado's Quality Intelligence framework
Design and architect solutions leveraging Copado's AI Platform capabilities

Partner Enablement & Support

Design and deliver technical enablement programs for partners building Copado extensions
Provide architectural guidance and best practices to partners developing solutions for the DevOps Exchange
Create reference architectures and solution templates for common extension patterns
Review partner‑built extensions and provide technical feedback
Lead technical workshops and training sessions
