The Role’s Key Responsibilities
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a People Business Partner in the People Team you will be in charge of:

- Partner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co-create, and implement the HR agenda related to initiatives such as: Workforce planning; Organizational design; Talent development; Performance management; Compensation cycles and engagement programs
