IE University is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join the General Markets team in Madrid (other locations would be evaluated case by case). The Regional Director for Latin America (LATAM) will oversee the region’s offices and teams, driving market development, stakeholder engagement, and the achievement of strategic goals across Latin America. This position requires a proven leader with strong commercial acumen, cultural intelligence, and the ability to align regional execution with the institution’s global strategy.
