The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of software applications and digital solutions that support business objectives. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, ensuring engineering best practices, high-quality software delivery,
and team development. You will
act as a bridge between technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and IT Director, driving innovation while ensuring operational stability, scalability, and security of applications.
