What we look for?We are looking for a Platform Engineerto play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices across the project of the client from the banking sector.
Availability to go to the client's offices in the centre of Madrid 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services
- Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles
- Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab,



ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development
- Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption

Mandatory requirements:
- Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5 years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
- Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Experience with deployment of containerised workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working in air-gapped
