This is a rare opportunity to take a defining leadership role at the heart of Greystar’s growing flex living platform in Spain. As Regional Operations Manager, you will own the performance of a portfolio spanning 7 assets, 4,500 units, and more than €1 billion in assets under management — with a direct line of sight from strategic planning through to day-to-day execution.
You will lead a team built for scale: an Operations Manager who oversees the full portfolio sits directly beneath you, supported by a General Manager embedded in each asset. Your remit is both strategic and hands‑on — setting the direction, driving NOI growth, building the culture, and ensuring every property delivers a consistently excellent resident experience. The role is based at Greystar’s Spain headquarters in Madrid, with regular travel across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities




Performance & NOI Growth

Drive NOI growth across the portfolio by identifying and executing revenue‑generating initiatives, managing costs rigorously, and optimising occupancy.
Develop and own comprehensive annual business plans for each asset, translating strategic objectives into clear operational roadmaps.
Lead the budgeting and reforecasting cycle, holding the team accountable to financial targets and acting swiftly on performance gaps.
Review and interpret competitive intelligence, partnering with central teams on pricing, leasing, and marketing strategies that maximise revenue.

Operations & Asset Management

Design, implement, and continuously improve the processes and procedures that govern operations across the entire portfolio, driving consistency and efficiency.
Ensure all assets are impeccably maintained, fully compliant with applicable legislation, and safe for residents and team members at all times.
