About the job
This role is central to defining, enabling, and sustaining Opella’s Data & AI transformation. You will lead the development of Data & AI strategies, support their execution across functions and regions, and embed governance, learning, and value-driven thinking into everything we do. You will work closely with senior leaders, portfolio and value teams, and functional partners, connecting strategy, capabilities, and outcomes into a coherent and actionable approach.

Main responsibilities

Define and evolve Opella’s Data & AI strategy in alignment with business priorities.
Drive strategy execution by identifying initiatives, tracking progress, and measuring impact.
Design Data & AI operating models adapted to functions and regional needs.
Partner with the Value Office to identify, measure, and track value from Data & AI initiatives.
Establish learning and up-skilling programs to strengthen data and AI capabilities at all levels.
Reinforce Data & AI governance, ethics, and compliance across initiatives.
Act as a trusted partner to leaders, translating strategy into clear, actionable direction.
