What you’ll doYou’ll act as a key point of contact for international clients (French, Dutch, English and other general profiles),



supporting them with payroll and labour management in Spain (Spanish payroll and Spanish labour regulations), including:
- Full payroll and labour cycle (variables, bonuses, expatriates/impatriates, international mobility)
- Social Security settlements (RNT/RLC)
- Drafting contracts, extensions, addenda, settlements and terminations
- Applying and interpreting collective bargaining agreements (multi-agreement environments)
- Advanced labour advisory with frequent communication in English
- Filing tax forms 111 and 190
- Preparing documentation for inspections, audits and due diligence
- Labour management for foreign employees in Spain
- Providing technical support and mentoring junior team members

What we’re looking for
- Degree in Labour Relations, Labour Law, Law, or a similar field
- Solid experience in consultancy/professional services or within an in-house labour department
- Proficiency in A3NOM or similar payroll software
- Prove
