The Impress team is passionate about teeth, digitalization, and customer service. We are
looking for a Doctor Trainer to accompany and support our doctors in their daily needs
across all our clinics.

In this role, you will:
- Approve treatment plans cases, review eligibility, approve refinements.
- Be the first level of support for the doctors and auxiliaries.
- Create the team and the process for smooth support for the front doctors.
- Be the liaison between the clinics and the HQ in Barcelona.
- Create training and processes.
- Train teams on processes and training techniques.
- Daily monitor quality reports and NPS and ensure good performance.
- Create improvement action plans and implement them.
- Daily monitor utilization and efficiency of time of the clinic teams. Organize daily quality checks.
- Create and implement procedures on quality monitoring of hygienist, auxiliaries, doctors in the use of tools and compliance with processes.
