? We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and motivated Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance Department and support the reliable operation of our biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
? Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Specialist, you will:
- Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records to guarantee full traceability of production-related activities in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing quality, cost-efficiency, productivity, safety, and environmental performance.
- Maintain facilities and equipment in optimal operating condition, following manufacturer guidelines and internal procedures.
- Execute the annual preventive maintenance plan to ensure the proper functioning of plant equipment and utilities.
- Complete and maintain equipment control records, validation logs, usage books, and departmental performance indicators.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to maintenance activities when assigned.
- Perform corrective maintenance interventions across manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Carry out maintenance operations required to ensure uninterrupted plant performance while complying with GMP standards.
? Assessment Criteria:
? Education:
- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
? Languages:
- Intermediate English level (B1) is desirable.
? Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance environments.
