Job Description:
Performing analysis, providing recommendations and following up their implementation driving improvements of European financial performance
Seconding Europe Finance VP on a selected scope of subjects:
· Acting as a right hand for Europe Finance VP· Development of a solid understanding of European business performance· Analysis and challenge of European actuals, budgets and forecasts
- in connection with regional finance directors · Preparation of monthly business reviews with regional financial directors for the destination of EVP Europe and VP Finance Europe· Benchmarking of regional financial performance, providing recommendations on action points and following up the results
People Management
Influencing sub-regional FDs, high exposure to the senior management of Sibelco (CFO, EVP), acting in in the context of organizational change where
