A few examples of your responsibilities
- Run company events. Organize company-wide events and team-building activities, from early brainstorming and venue research to logistics and on-site execution.
- Coordinate business travel. Manage business travel across the company, ensuring every trip is planned efficiently and runs smoothly.
- Support recruiting initiatives. Partner with the Talent team to organize hiring events and deliver a great experience for external participants and Spooners.
- Strengthen company culture. Propose and drive initiatives that reinforce our culture by creating opportunities for connection, including events for Spooners and their families.
