We are seeking an ambitious Junior Development Manager Support to join the Urban Input Hospitality (UIH) team and support the delivery of some of Spain's most exciting hospitality developments. The team manages several high‑profile hospitality developments (approximately €400m GDV) and intends to grow the portfolio in 2026. The role involves supporting the development management team across the administrative, financial, operational and reporting aspects of multiple hospitality development projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with the development management team and broader project teams to ensure the efficient coordination, administration and reporting of all assigned projects.
(i) Project / Development Management

- Maintain regular contact with the project management team to understand progress and prepare the necessary documentation.
- Review budgets and contracts; monitor payments and invoicing against the approved budget.
- Manage invoicing: issuance and receipt of invoices, confirmation of approval by responsible parties, and entry into the system (Cost Control, etc.).
- Support financial reporting (accounting system), budget tracking, and deviation analysis.
- Assist the project manager with documentation, meeting organization, planning, budget control, and time management.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
- Assist with tendering processes, including RFP compilation and bidder query tracking.
- Occasional on‑site travel.
- Over time, attend selected meetings with key stakeholders such as architects, consultants, hotel operators and other project stakeholders to support the development management team and gain exposure to the development process.
