Senior Procurement AssociateAt Factorial we’re looking for a new Senior Procurement Associate to help us elevate and scale our Finance team’s procurement function. The role involves leading procurement strategy and supplier management across the company, managing Factorial's tech stack, driving contract negotiation and renewal planning, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, cost‑effective procurement operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage Factorial’s tech stack end‑to‑end, ensuring visibility, ownership, and optimization of all software and vendor spend.
- Lead contract negotiation and renewal planning, proactively managing timelines to avoid auto‑renewals and secure the best commercial terms.
- Own purchasing strategy for Marketing, HR, and other departments, ensuring timely and efficient procurement at scale.
- Create and oversee Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite,



maintaining accurate documentation and compliance across all procurement activity.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with suppliers, leading negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and contract structure.
- Partner closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting leadership to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on‑time deliveries.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, drive procurement strategy, and improve processes company‑wide.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, owning contract and supplier documentation management.
- Drive continuous improvement of procurement workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications
- Proven senior‑level experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor/Contract Management, or Finance, ideally managing a company's tech stack and software contracts.
- Strong track record in contract negotiation and renewal planning, managing multiple
