We are looking for a Aftermarket Business Development Manager, reporting directly to our Sales & Marketing Director. As a member of DOGA's aftermarket department, he/she will increase the presence of products in the markets under their responsibility, achieving the best possible profitability and opening new customers.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

- Engage with customers,



dealers and service partners to understand market needs and gather feedback on aftermarket products and services.
- Act as a technical reference for aftermarket products, supporting customers and internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, working closely with subsidiaries and commercial partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and portfolio gaps.
- Contribute to the definition and prioritization of new aftermarket products, services and range extensions.
- Manage the aftermarket product lifecycle, from concept and launch to optimization and phase-out.
- Translate customer insights into product requirements and coordinate with Engineering, R&D;, Quality and Operations.
- Support go-to-market activities, including product launches, pricing strategies and dealer/service enablement.
