About the Role
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Consultants with experience across multiple Salesforce platforms. In this role,



you will gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, design and implement declarative automation with Salesforce Flow, manage data quality and migrations, and support end-to-end project delivery. You will also lead small to mid-sized projects, facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams, and proactively optimize the Salesforce environment to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture and document business needs through workshops and translate them into precise user stories.
- Design, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, including automation with Record-Triggered, Screen, and Schedule-Triggered Flows.
- Lead and manage full project lifecycles or project phases, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation (technical designs, process diagrams, UAT plans, end-user training).
