Key Responsibilities

- Lead the digital transformation of clinical delivery and operational processes.
- Identify repetitive, inefficient and low‑value activities across clinical operations.
- Translate clinical workflows into AI‑enabled agents, no‑code automations and digital solutions.
- Define transformation priorities, delivery plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide leadership and direction to specialist transformation professionals across clinical functions.
- Partner with internal AI, technology and product teams to deliver practical solutions.
- Ensure digital initiatives remain clinically relevant, user‑friendly and operationally effective.
- Develop and track KPIs relating to efficiency, quality, cycle times, adoption and value creation.
