To support this growth, they are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive the development of their seafood division nationwide.
This is a highly visible role offering significant autonomy, strategic influence and long-term leadership potential.
You'll work closely with senior leadership while helping shape the future direction of the Spanish business.
AND WHAT’S MY ROLE IN THIS ?
As Country Manager Spain – Seafood, you'll be responsible for growing sales and market presence across wholesale distributors, seafood specialists and strategic national accounts.
You will combine hands-on business development with strategic account management to build sustainable long-term growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing the seafood business across Spain
- Managing and growing national wholesale distributor accounts
- Identifying and securing new seafood customers and partners
- Building strong relationships with seafood wholesalers and specialist operators
- Leading commercial negotiations and annual agreements
- Monitoring market trends, pricing dynamics and competitor activity
- Collaborating with supply chain and sourcing teams to ensure product availability
- Supporting demand planning and forecasting activities
