Electronics Team Manager, ensures deep technical and scientific excellence in electronics engineering across all products. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the electronics team. This includes establishing, meeting, and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives of the individuals in the electronics team, while fostering motivation and maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and objectives. This role entails a strong People management focus.

- Own functional roadmaps in the electronics area for capability growth, tooling, innovation and product delivery.
- Ensure early engagement and alignment with core suppliers to secure times, innovation inputs and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong and innovative partnerships with suppliers to deliver on time and at cost.
- Ensure that the technical standards at the fore front of the field are maintained across all products.
- Ensure fast, expert execution support is provided to the Core Teams.
