About the role
We're looking for an experienced Office & People Operations Manager to become Kyoto's trusted operational point of contact in Spain.
You'll own the day-to-day running of our Seville office, support our employees and help the business navigate practical operational matters. From coordinating with local authorities and external partners to welcoming new employees and improving the way we work, you'll be the person people rely on to make things happen.
The role is based in Seville and reports to the Head of People & Culture in Norway. While your primary focus will be Spain, you'll also support People Operations across Europe where processes are shared, helping create a consistent employee exp
