ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As Data Scientist – Machine Learning and Analytics,
you will make the operational data of OCC Assistant Manager — SITA's AI-powered Operations Control Center solution for airline disruption management — speak: automatically reconstructing disruptions from Ops Control and Crew Control data, explaining how airlines resolved them and quantifying the value created by OCC Assistant Manager.
You will analyze operational database changes such as delays, aircraft swaps, crew swaps and operational activities, build trusted analytical models, measure OCC Assistant Manager usage and solution quality, and create business cases that show airline savings.
Reporting to the Head of Disruption Management Solutions (OCC Assistant Manager), you will be part of the OCC Assistant Manager team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design and build the databases, data models and processes needed to analyze operational data
• Reconstruct operational disruptions automatically from Ops Control and Crew Control database changes
• Aggregate events such as aircraft swaps,
