Working closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives and Marketing, you will own the prospecting strategy for the DACH market, develop your SDRs into top performers, and turn a strategic bet into real pipeline. Your ability to read the numbers and get the best out of people will be key to turning a strategic bet into real pipeline.Lead and grow a team of SDRs for the DACH region.
You set the standard, unblock them, and make sure everyone knows what good looks like.Own the numbers that matter. Conversion rates, activity quality and pipeline generated — and act on them, not just report them.Coach constantly. Ongoing trainings, call reviews and 1:1s so the team gets measurably better month over month.Design one unified Account Prospecting Strategy. With Sales, Marketing and Partner Managers: which accounts, what message, which channel.Deliver on individual and team MRR and Demo targets. Forecast realistically, spot the risk early, land the month where you said you would.Partner with Sales Ops and Enablement. Right tools, right sequences, and new joiners ramping fast instead of learning by trial and error.Close the loop with AE Team Leads and the Sales Director.
