About the role
As the Data & AI Product Product Owner – Enterprise Chatbot , you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery of Opella’s enterprise chatbot platform. You will sit at the intersection of AI/ML innovation and business transformation , driving the deployment of intelligent conversational solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences across the organization.
Main responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product roadmap for the enterprise chatbot, aligned with Opella’s digital transformation strategy.Translate business needs into clear,



outcome-focused product requirements.Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs to enhance chatbot capabilities.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital, GBS, P&C;, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather requirements and ensure adoption.Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Champion the chatbot product internally, driving engagement and change management.
Delivery & Execution
Lead agile product development cycles , from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.Define KPIs and success metrics to measure chatbot performance, user satisfaction, and business impact.Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
Data & AI Governance
Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure high-quality training data and model performance.Promote responsible AI practices , includ
